1. Restart your computer today at school.
2. If you see 2 Outside Guidance printers in your list, always choose the 2nd printer.
3. If you'd like to remove the 1st printer listed for Outside Guidance, please come see me and we can remove it together.
Also note, if you have had problems printing files from Teachers Pay Teachers or other cool ready made handouts (that have neat fonts or styles...) then you should use this new printer. This new printer has the newer font styles which are often used in the files that you are downloading from the Internet.
