Post #4: MassCue, Printing, Read Write for Google Chrome

MassCue: HH is fortunate to send 5 teachers to the MassCue technology conference this year. Chris, Colleen, Miriam, May and myself will be attending. We hope to share some of our learning with you during a tech spotlight at staff meetings like we did last year.

Printing: When printing files from websites like Teachers Pay Teachers or Pinterest (often any ready made handouts with lots of pictures and fonts), please send these print jobs to the outside guidance printer or a copier. We have found that the older printers are not printing this handouts successfully. Instead, we are wasting about a ream of paper because the pages comes out with one or two lines of miscellaneous characters. Thanks for letting me know there are printing problems in the building and printing to a different printer.

Printing at Home: In case you missed it at staff meeting, you can now print at home on your teacher macbooks. If you'd like to print at home, follow the step by step directions on this google doc. If you have any questions or need assistance, please let me know.
