Computer Lab Calendar: Now that RTI blocks are underway. Please let me know if you no longer need any of your lab ELA RTI blocks. We blocked many slots but some of them are not being used.
Osmo for iPad: Thank you to Susan Cherwinski for sharing this product with me last year. I will be ordering several sets for us to explore. Please let me know if you'd be interested in trying this new tool in your classroom.
Tech Committee: The HH Technology Committee met on Tuesday, October 27th. We had a wonderful meeting with great representation and conversation. The committee will meet on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. All are welcome to join us. We brainstormed future goals related to devices, and software. Tech committee members will be asking their grade level colleagues for feedback on these two items:
- Subscription Preference: Discovery Ed or BrainPop? We do not have funding to support both. Only 7 teachers logged into and used Discovery Ed last year.)
- One future District goal is to replace our Student Information System (SIS): What are elementary teachers looking for in a SIS?
