A few updates and reminders this week. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Lab iPads - Please remember to sign out the lab iPads when you borrow them; even if its just a couple of iPads. The sign-up calendar is on a clipboard on top of the iPad Cart. Times that are typed in are weekly permanent uses. Please check the calendar before borrowing any iPads. Next year the calendar will be online just like the Main Lab and Hallway Lab calendars.
Laptop Sound Settings: This week Lise and I noticed that our computers were making sounds from different games and websites (ex: Symphony Math). It appears that some students in the building have changed the audio output on their device to our computers. If they do this, they cannot hear the sound on their computer; making it difficult for them to hear the directions. I will be reminding students to leave the sound "output" alone. Students should not be changing this setting in System Preferences.
Projectors and Document Cameras: Please remember to turn off these devices when they are not in use for your lessons. The pulps and equipment are expensive to replace.
