Updates on lots of topics. As always, please reach out if you have any questions or would like me to join a grade level meeting.
Thank you for your continued patience as we get the technology up and running.
K-2 Students Accessing Zoom: In the iPad letter to families, we included instructions on how students will access Zoom meetings. Teachers need to email families the meeting ID and passcode in order to enter the Zoom meeting from the student iPad.
1. Seesaw is ready for K-2 classroom teachers by signing in with Classlink. Click on this link then sign-in with Google. On your launchpad, you will see the Seesaw icon. Click on it and you are in! PLEASE CHECK THAT YOUR CLASS LIST IS ACCURATE AND LET ME KNOW IF THE LIST IS NOT. Seesaw IS NOT ready for specialists. Stay tuned for more details on that later this week.
DO NOT LOG IN TO SEESAW BY GOING TO THE SEESAW WEBSITE. YOU MUST LOG IN VIA CLASSLINK TO ACCESS YOUR CLASSROOM!
2. 3rd-5th: If you'd like to explore what the launchpad looks like in Classlink, then click on this link then sign-in with Google. Lots of the Google apps are there for easy access - Google Classroom, Drive, Docs, Slides...
**Teachers bookmark the site for easy access to Classlink!

- Edpuzzle - create an interactive video lesson (click to upgrade)
- Kami - allow teachers and students to annotate documents, comment with text, audio, or video, and integrates with Google Classroom.

- Peardeck - a Google Slide add-on to add interactive elements. Teachers can activate the student-paced mode to allow for asynchronous movement through the slides.
