WORDLE: If you are hooked on the daily Wordle word game 🙋‍♀️try this template (make your own copy) with your class. You choose a 5-letter word to create a Classroom Wordle of the day! Countless ways to connect this to your curriculum. So far it's been a hit in tech class!

DISTRICT TECH NEWS:

Chromebook PRINTING ISSUE: It has come to my attention that some Chromebooks are having issues with printing. After testing the issue, Google has confirmed that the latest Chrome OS has a printer bug within the code.  This issue affects only specific models of Chromebooks and only in the OS version 97. Google is working to address this issue and hopes to have it resolved soon.

In the meantime, students can:

  • try printing to a different printer
  • Share the file with their teacher and the teacher can print
HH Tech Committee: The next Tech Committee meeting is Tuesday, February 15th at 2:45 in the old Tech Lab. All are welcome to join. You can find the agenda here

Looking to use a Microsoft app on your Macbook or Chromebook? We have access to Office 365. This is Microsoft's version of Google Drive. To log in, use your Wayland email address for your username. Microsoft emailed password information out to everyone a while back. If you cannot find your password information, then use the "do not remember password" feature to create a new one. Follow the steps carefully to create a new password.
