STUDENT CHROMEBOOKS: Please have your students install the latest Chrome update on their Chromebooks. This update will fix the issue some students were having with printing.



PRINTING: Lots of unclaimed printouts at the Lab color printer as well as at the Guidance printer! Please come and collect your papers.

YouTube Videos & Google Slides:
Over the past week or so, you may have noticed that YouTube videos that you embed in Google Slides can no longer be viewed in full-screen mode. The developer is working on this issue. No date as to when a fix will be released. 



Undo SEND in Gmail: Gmail has now added a feature whereby you can change the amount of time when you can UNSEND and email!! Watch the video to learn how to adjust that setting!!



What's New in Google Chrome?

Share Links Easily Use the new share menu to share a link, create a QR code, or send the link directly to your own phone.

  1. Click the share icon in your address bar.
  2. Select from a variety of options to share the link with others or yourself for later.

Some of the options in the menu: 

Accidentally close a tab? It’s easy to reopen.

“Darn! I closed the wrong tab!” With the latest Chrome update, it's easy to reopen your tab.

  1. Right-click on an empty space of your Chrome tab strip.
  2. Click Reopen closed tab.

You can also use a keyboard shortcut: ⌘ + Shift + T
