Post #3: Scanning from Copiers, Google Vids, Parent Square, and Google Classroom

Scanning from New Copiers - In an effort to make scanning easier, Joe has set up the 3 new copiers to send your scans to your email instead of to the "Ricoh" folder. No more having to find that sneaky folder! This should make finding your scanned documents much easier.

Here are directions for using the "scan" feature on our new copiers. Please let Beth know if you have any questions or problems.


Google Vids - Looking to create short videos for your class? Read a book, explain a lesson...give Google Vids a try. It's an app in our Google Apps. We did not renew Screencastify. This would be the alternative app to use. Keep in mind that each video has a time limit of 10 minutes. 



Parent Square: Not sure where to start? Check out the getting started document and send a welcome post to your classroom families.


Archive Google Classroom:
Please archive your Google Classrooms. Students can see previous years' Google Classrooms if you have not archived them, which clutters their Google Classroom dashboard.
