Accessing ClassLink @Home - If families will be accessing our subscription tools over the summer, you may want to reshare the Accessing ClassLink @Home slideshow with families. FYI - Sometime in August, these tools will be unavailable so that Eva can move the kids along to their new classrooms.
PowerSchool report Cards - If you need a review, here is the slideshow we used in the fall for report cards. Please reach out with any questions.
Viewing S1 report card grades and comments -Several teachers have asked how to view both S1 and S2 standards simultaneously. Please see Chad Liberty's response below.
One option teachers have is to toggle between the terms using the dropdown at the top right.
To make it more helpful, visually, I'd suggest the teachers open two tabs, one that has S1 grades (for read only/historical reference), and the other with S2 grades (for active grading). I double checked with support, and they said it is generally safe to have two Gradebook tabs at once. There should be no issues as long as they
Do not enter grades in both tabs simultaneously, as this may cause data conflicts or overwrites
Avoid having two active S2 Gradebook tabs open at the same time
Always save/submit changes in one tab before switching to enter grades in another
They can also run a 'Standards Grade Report' in the gradebook for their class.
Teacher MacBook Reminder: For most of us, our teacher Macbooks will be replaced this summer (the lease is up). We will be purchasing the new Mac Neo. Please review this document for important details regarding:
- when to turn in you laptop (June or August?)
- how to request a loaner laptop for the summer
- when to get your new Mac Neo

Tech Committee: Reminder we have our last meeting on Wednesday, June 10th @ 1:35 - 2:20 in the tech lab.
Tech Staffing: In April, Alec, one of our techs, moved on to a new opportunity. We wished him all the best. They are lucky to have him! We are in the process of filling his position. I will share new member details once they are determined.
